Individual workouts offer overall skill enhancement. Working individually with a professional coach is the best way to focus on  personal strengths and weaknesses as a player.  Workouts are designed specifically to player's needs, resulting in maximum improvement.  Individual workouts are open to players of all ages, boys and girls.

Over the course of the one-hour individual session, the Batastini School of Basketball coaches employ a team-coaching method, combining their coaching techniques to create the best possible learning environment.  

It is suggested for players to attend at least three individual sessions before moving into a group workout with other players of similar age and talent level.

Saturdays & Sundays, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Saturday Spring Hoops Workouts
The one-hour group sessions focus on all aspects of skill development, particularly shooting, 1 on 1 skills, and proper defensive positioning.  Players will work in groups based on age and ability. 

Elementary Girls' & Boys' Workout
When:
April 10 - June 12, Saturdays
Time:
9 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Players:
3-5 grade
Price: $75 for 10 sessions

Intermediate Girls' Workout
When:
April 10 - June 12, Saturdays
Time:
10:15 a.m.- 11:15 a.m
Players:
6-8 grade
Price: $75 for 10 sessions

High School Spring Group Workouts 
Spring group training provides players an opportunity to work on their game during the AAU season.  In these intense sessions, players are grouped based on age and ability while working on the complete array of basketball skills:  offensive & defensive development, rebounding, agility, and conditioning.

High School Girls' Workout: April 7 - June 9, Weds
Time: 6-7 p.m. 
Players: 9-12 grade 
Price: $75, 10 total sessions

Open Gym
In a pick-up style atmosphere of 5 on 5 games, players have the opportunity to work on the skills they have developed over the week.

High School Girls' Open Gym: April 7 - June 9, Weds
Time: 7-8 p.m.
Players: grades 9-12
Price:
Free for School of Basketball weekly participants or $5/player

Examples of skills covered during the individual and group workout sessions:

• Increase shot range, quickness, and form
• Develop jump shot and in-between game
• Three-point accuracy

1 ON 1 SKILLS
• Ball handling
• Slashing and finishing
• Read the defense / read screens

• Agility, quickness, and lateral speed
• Defensive and offensive footwork
