conditioning, as a Strength and Conditioning
Specialist. In her twenty years experience in
athletics, she learned numerous exercise
techniques designed to enhance an individual's
athletic potential.
She is a
strength and conditioning coach as well as a
personal trainer at
Method
Fitness in Providence. Her basketball
specific strength training workouts are designed
specifically to players' strength,
fitness, and conditioning needs.
Cardiovascular work, strength training, core
development, and flexibility are stressed in
each workout. Coach Batastini works
individually with each athlete using sport
specific exercises to develop the athlete's
physical potential. Individualized
strength training results in dramatic increases
in athletic ability and confidence levels. |
